Jinzhi Weiye Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinzhi Weiye") was established in 2016 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its R&D center is located in Beijing, and its operation center is located in Changsha. Jinzhi Weiye has formed five core business segments: standard research and development, skill evaluation, talent cultivation, entrepreneurship incubation, and smart platform. It is a vocational education training and evaluation organization for the pilot of 1+X infant and toddler care and postpartum recovery vocational skill level certificates. It has built a mature curriculum system for vocational skill improvement in domestic service, maternal and infant care, maternity, and childcare, owns more than 30 special ability improvement training programs, and serves hundreds of maternal and infant, domestic service, childcare, and maternity service institutions across many provinces nationwide as well as hundreds of thousands of industry practitioners. Jinzhi Weiye was selected as the third and fourth batch of vocational education training and evaluation organizations by the Ministry of Education, undertaking the research, development, and evaluation of the Ministry of Education's 1+X infant and toddler care skill level certificate and 1+X postpartum recovery skill level certificate. In 2020, Jinzhi Weiye held a total of more than 113 sessions of various trainings for the Ministry of Education's 1+X infant and toddler care vocational skill level certificate, training more than 11,109 person-times in total, completing the selection of more than 1,032 assessment sites and the certification examinations of more than 200,000 students. Jinzhi Weiye has established Changsha Jinzhi Weiye Vocational Training School, with an annual training scale of about 18,000 person-times, cumulative training of more than 200,000 people, and an employment rate of 50%; its business school has successfully built multiple entrepreneurship incubation projects such as teaching sites, postpartum recovery stores, and community childcare stores. As of 2020, Jinzhi Weiye has established more than 30 branch teaching sites in Hunan, Shandong, Guangxi, Guangdong, and other places, meeting the employment and entrepreneurship needs of more than 20,000 person-times each year. Jinzhi Weiye has established Hunan Jinying Liren Health Management Co., Ltd., committed to building a one-stop maternal and infant health service institution—Jinying Liren Maternal and Infant Experience Hall—providing one-stop maternal and infant health services for maternal and infant families during the preparation for pregnancy, pregnancy, delivery, confinement, puerperium, lactation, the three-year postpartum recovery period, and the growth period of infants and young children within six years of age. As of 2022, Jinying Liren has opened more than 200 service stores in Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Guangdong, and other places. Jinzhi Weiye will invest more than ten million yuan to comprehensively build Hunan Jinzhi Childcare Tong Technology Co., Ltd., building an industry smart service platform serving multiple organizations upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, including colleges and universities, enterprises, evaluation institutions, and associations, realizing the industry smart service platform from "R&D-standards-training-evaluation-employment-entrepreneurship". Under the guidance of the "1+X" pilot work of vocational education, the platform will gather 1,000 pilot colleges and universities, 10,000 school-enterprise cooperation enterprises, 100 industry associations, and 1,000,000 students, truly clearing all bottlenecks in the model from cultivation to output of infant and toddler care and postpartum recovery vocational skilled talents. In the next three years, Jinzhi Weiye will open 100 teaching sites, 500 postpartum recovery service stores, and 300 industry-education integrated childcare institutions nationwide, striving to build a nationally leading industry park for infant care integrating industry, academia, and research.
