Shenzhen Yinglai Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. is a social supervision unit with legal person status approved by the Shenzhen Construction Bureau in May 1999 and registered with the industry and commerce authority. It was rated as a Class A qualification unit by the Ministry of Construction and serves as an executive director unit of the Shenzhen Association of Consulting Engineers. The company has also been approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and obtained an engineering consulting unit qualification certificate, making it one of the few enterprises in Shenzhen that simultaneously possess both construction supervision and engineering consulting qualifications issued by the Ministry of Construction and the National Development and Reform Commission.
