天与空成立于2013年双11，由4位顶尖创意人杨烨炘、邓斌、黄海波、肖坤在上海联合创立。2013年11月，天与空发布“4A升级版”，引发行业大讨论。2017年1月，天与空挂牌新三板，成为中国创意热店*股。2017年11月和2019年3月，分别在广州和北京开设子公司，完成北上广的布局。
2016-2017年，天与空连续2年被《Campaign Asia》评选为“大中华区*佳独立代理商”。2015-2017年连续三年被《中国广告》评选为“年度独立广告公司”，2018年，被《数英网》评选为“年度全场*佳代理商”，被金投赏评为“年度*佳创意公司”。
