Youpai Energy Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., formerly known as Guangzhou GAC Business Renewable Resources Co., Ltd., officially changed its name to the current one on March 27, 2023, becoming the new entity of the Group's energy sector, undertaking the Group's mission of building a sustainable smart energy ecosystem. It will focus on the "Trillion GAC 1578 Development Outline" and construct a vertically integrated new energy industry chain layout covering "lithium mines + basic lithium battery raw material production + battery production + energy storage and charging/swapping services + battery leasing + battery recycling and echelon utilization."
In the future, Youpai Energy aims to become a smart green energy technology company with a market value of 100 billion yuan, with battery solutions at the core, driven by technology and digitalization, and developing into a green energy technology platform. Through energy trading platforms and digital platforms, it will build an energy ecosystem, provide green solutions such as battery banking, energy storage, and charging/swapping networks, achieve green product manufacturing through battery production and manufacturing as well as renewable resources, and fully cover business categories at the product, service, and platform levels to realize multi-level value creation and business synergy.
