Xiangneng Zhuoxin Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership), formerly known as Xiangneng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd., was founded in March 1993. In 2005, with the approval of the Hunan Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Hunan Provincial Department of Finance, it was re-registered as Hunan Xiangneng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. To align with the company's business philosophy of "Focus and Excellence", it was renamed Hunan Xiangneng Zhuoxin Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. in 2008. In June 2019, approved by the State Administration for Market Regulation, it was renamed "Xiangneng Zhuoxin Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd."; in November 2021, approved by the State Administration for Market Regulation, it was restructured into Xiangneng Zhuoxin Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership). Currently, it has branch offices in Beijing, Liaoning, Shandong, Sichuan, Jiangxi, Yunnan and other provinces and cities.
The company's business scope covers corporate financial statement auditing, capital verification, economic responsibility auditing, financial revenue and expenditure auditing, internal control auditing, corporate merger, division and liquidation auditing, whole-process project tracking auditing, engineering financial final accounts preparation consulting, engineering financial final accounts auditing, government performance auditing, financial consulting and diagnosis, financial due diligence, etc. Its clients include the electric power, water conservancy, road traffic, railway, real estate, municipal engineering, telecommunications, tobacco, petrochemical, commercial, customs, local governments at all levels and other sectors, with its geographical reach expanding from domestic to countries such as Myanmar, Cambodia, and Tajikistan.
