Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in October 2000 (abbreviated as "Zoomlion", stock code 000157). It is a leading enterprise in China's construction machinery equipment manufacturing industry and one of the first batch of innovative enterprises in China. It is mainly engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of major high-tech equipment required for national key infrastructure construction projects such as construction engineering, energy engineering, and transportation engineering. The company has a registered capital of 1.971 billion yuan and more than 20,000 employees. Zoomlion has inherited the technological advantages of the Changsha Construction Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction and has established a *** technology center. It is the chairman and secretary-general unit of 8 professional branches of the China Construction Machinery Association and the secretariat unit of the Concrete Machinery Standardization Sub-Technical Committee. It has successively completed more than 670 major scientific research topics and is responsible for the formulation (revision) of more than 300 national and industry standards. At present, it is the centralized unit for the formulation and revision of 187 effective standards, with an industry technology coverage rate of more than 75%.
