Nanchang Jingshi Experimental School is a nine-year consistent non-profit innovative private school funded by Xinli Technology Group with huge investment, and supported by the Education and Training Center of Beijing Normal University in providing educational and teaching support services. The school strictly adheres to the motto of Beijing Normal University, "Learn to be a teacher, act as a model," and the dedicated spirit of "work hard to govern, delight in nurturing and cultivation," striving to realize the educational philosophy of "brand new, full effort, whole person." The overall design of the school campus is magnificent and grand, with a novel and unique style, and advanced and complete facilities. The total land area is 40 mu, and the total building area is 33,000 square meters. The school has 60 teaching classes, including 36 primary school classes and 24 middle school classes, and can accommodate 2,100 students. The school is located in Longwan Community, Jiulonghu New Town, Honggutan District, Nanchang City. The school is scheduled to open on September 1, 2019. III. Recruitment Requirements
1. Teachers who have long-term frontline cyclical teaching experience in well-known primary and secondary schools, with rich experience in subject teaching research, a bachelor's degree or above, and aged under 45 (may be appropriately relaxed for exceptionally outstanding candidates).
2. Full-time unified recruitment fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree or above from key normal universities.
3. Outstanding teachers at or above the municipal level, outstanding class teachers, subject leaders, and winners of first prize or above in municipal teaching competitions are preferred.
4. Those with strong teaching ability and class management ability, rich experience as class teachers, and multiple other specialties are preferred.
