Founded in 2017, Huayi New Energy Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Urumqi Economic Development Zone, Xinjiang. It is a national high-tech enterprise primarily engaged in green energy-saving air conditioning equipment and data center construction, and also a national "Little Giant" enterprise specialized in "specialized, refined, differentiated and innovative" technologies. The company specializes in the R&D, design, production, sales, installation, and after-sales service of evaporative cooling air conditioning equipment, while also providing overall solutions for data centers. Since the first pilot application of an evaporative cooling fresh air system in a Xinjiang telecom operator in 2008, Huayi took the lead in introducing water-side evaporative cooling technology into data centers by 2017. In recent years, it has implemented the world's first data center without compressors achieving 100% natural cooling throughout the year, the country's largest single-scale data center using evaporative cooling chilled water systems, the first de-compressor data center in high-temperature and high-humidity regions combining evaporative cooling chilled water systems with liquid/air dual channels, the world's first data center retrofitted with evaporative cooling chilled water systems for energy saving, the first data center adopting indirect evaporative cooling water-fluorine heat exchange technology, and the first data center in high-temperature and high-humidity regions applying integrated indirect evaporative cooling cold stations. In 2022, Huayi combined stackable container data centers, indirect evaporative cooling chillers, and terminal liquid cooling and heat pipe backplane technologies into a composite design, successfully creating the world's lowest PUE at the Xiong'an Urban Computing (Supercloud) Center. The company boasts a high-quality modern management and R&D team, currently employing over 400 people, including more than 100 professional technical personnel, among whom 20 hold senior technical titles.
