Approximately 75% of all employees hold a bachelor's degree or above, with about 22% holding master's degrees. Since its establishment, the company has focused on the field of neurotechnology, accumulating substantial technical reserves and equipment development experience. Since its establishment, the company has obtained a total of 22 technology patents and 3 software copyrights, and has been honored as a "National High-tech Enterprise" and a "2017-2018 Science and Education City Gazelle Enterprise". It has obtained the medical device production license and multiple high-tech product certification certificates. In addition, the company has participated in national research projects including the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" National Science and Technology Support Program project on "Weak Information Acquisition Technology and Product Development in Brain-Computer Interfaces", the Ministry of Science and Technology's "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" Key Research and Development Program project on "Key Technologies and Clinical Application Research for Neuromodulation and Intelligent Rehabilitation of Alzheimer's Disease", the Beijing Natural Science Foundation-Haidian Joint Key Research Project on "Research on Key Technologies for Rebuilding Motor Neural Pathways in Ankle Rehabilitation Robots Based on Multimodal Information Feedback", the Jiangsu Provincial Intelligent Equipment Industry Technology Innovation Center Industrial Technology Joint R&D Fund project on "Research on Key Technologies of Neural Rehabilitation Systems Based on Brain-Computer Interfaces and Virtual Reality", and the Changzhou Science and Technology Program project on "Applied Research on Brain Function Monitoring Technology Based on Neuroelectrophysiological Data". Since 2018, the company has been a co-organizer and official designated equipment provider for the World Robot Contest's brain-computer interface competition, and its product quality has become a benchmark for EEG equipment in the domestic brain-computer interface field.
