Shenzhen Boduo Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in 1998. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of inductive components such as switching power supply transformers, audio transformers, network transformers, filters, and inductor coils.
Boduo has always been committed to standardized management. As early as 1999, it obtained ISO9000 quality management system certification from the British national certification body (NQA), and in 2005 it passed ISO14000 environmental management system certification. Since 2005, the company has actively promoted management improvement projects such as process review and optimization, cost control systems, and performance appraisal. The company's series of products have passed Class B and Class F UL insulation system certification and CQC certification. In 2016, it passed ISO/TS16949:2009 system certification, providing conditions for the company to further improve its management level and develop supporting products for new energy vehicles.
In recent years, with the continuous changes in market demand and the gradual improvement of customers' technical requirements for products, in order to adapt to such changes, the company has also continuously increased investment in product technology research and development. It has successively obtained 21 national patents, including film-covering technology and topology structure for flat transformers, a flat transformer under high-voltage conditions, and integrated common-mode noise filters. It has also been rated as a Shenzhen high-tech enterprise many times, was selected in 2009 into the list of enterprises in the Growth Plan Project for Private Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Bao'an District, Shenzhen, was among the Top 50 High-tech and Strategic Emerging Industries of Longhua New District in 2012, and was selected into the Top 100 Independent Innovation list of Longhua New District in 2014/2016. In 2017, the company passed national high-tech enterprise certification and officially entered the ranks of national high-tech enterprises.
The company's headquarters is currently located in Longhua, Shenzhen, and its sales in 2017 exceeded 200 million yuan. To meet the needs of the company's future business development, in 2005 it purchased land in Leiyang, Hunan, and invested 26 million yuan to build Boduo Industrial Park. The first phase of the industrial park has a total construction area of more than 10,000 square meters and can accommodate more than 1,000 people. It was officially registered as Boduo (Hengyang) Electric Co., Ltd. In July 2007, the first phase of Boduo Industrial Park successfully passed acceptance and was officially put into production. At the same time, in order to better meet the needs of Korean customers, the company established Boduo (Korea Research Institute) in South Korea in July 2012. In September 2016, in order to expand the market, it invested 5 million US dollars to establish a Vietnam factory, which was officially put into production in December of that year.
The company currently has more than 1,000 employees, with technical R&D personnel and management personnel accounting for about 20%, and has strong design and R&D capabilities. Boduo's product market covers many industries such as communication equipment, new energy, medical instruments, automotive electronics, and consumer electronics. At present, the company's main customers include Samsung, ZTE Kangxun, AcBel, Heda, Shenzhen INVT and other large domestic and foreign listed enterprises. Boduo is also moving toward group-based and international development.
