In August 2015, the company was organized into a group company. It wholly owns four subsidiaries, including a hotel management company, a road maintenance company, a medical device company, and Liuyang Baishuidong Agricultural Technology Company. It has invested in and holds shares in companies such as Wuyi Optoelectronics, Xide Smart Electricity, Jincan Real Estate, and Kaiwei Real Estate.
