Poly Commercial currently operates 3 projects and is preparing 2 projects. In the next three to five years, the number of shopping centers under Poly Commercial is expected to reach 17. The shopping center projects operated and managed by Poly Commercial include Poly Water City in the key area of Guangzhou-Foshan Financial High-tech Zone, Poly Central Plaza on Huanshi East Road in Guangzhou's core business circle, and Poly Lakeside World in Cixi Leisure Business District, Ningbo, Zhejiang.

Poly Water City Shopping Center is a commercial project operated by Foshan Poly Water City Commercial Operation Co., Ltd. On April 25, 2009, the first waterscape shopping center in South China—Poly Water City Shopping Center—opened in full, ushering in Foshan's first "one-stop" consumer shopping center. Poly Water City Shopping Center has a total construction area of over 160,000 square meters, including an underground parking level and four above-ground retail levels.
