Shenzhen Metro Group Urban Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shenzhen Metro Urban Services) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd. It was established on January 26, 2006, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. It holds the national first-class property service enterprise qualification and is a pilot enterprise for engineering construction standardized property management of the Shenzhen Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau. Its main business covers rail transit property, hub property, residential property, commercial and office property, logistics support, cultural and sports operations, construction site property and other business areas. It has one wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Metro Ruicheng (Shenzhen) Technology Services Co., Ltd. It manages 54 projects with a managed area of 15.91 million square meters. It has 1 "National Property Management Demonstration Project", 5 "Guangdong Province Property Management Demonstration Projects", and 13 "Shenzhen Property Management Excellent Projects". In 2023, it was ranked among the top 100 national property service enterprises and the top 50 state-owned property enterprises nationwide.
