The total contracted construction area is 9.4 million square meters, and the total managed construction area is 4.7 million square meters. The managed projects cover various types of properties, including high-end residential buildings, apartments, villas, office buildings, commercial properties, and industrial parks.

With the national first-class qualification for property management, the company serves as the vice president unit of the Guangzhou Property Management Industry Association, a council member unit of the Guangdong Province Property Management Industry Association, a council member unit of the China Property Management Association, and a co-organizer of the "China Property Management" magazine. The company implements three major management standards: GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System, GB/T24001-2016/ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System, and GB/T45001-2020/ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ensuring standardized management and service.
