LOTTUSSE was born in 1877 on the island of Mallorca, Spain, known as the "Hawaii of Europe," and was created by a family business with a century-long history of handmade shoemaking. In 1877, the Fluxá family gathered shoemakers from the Inca region and established the initial handmade shoe factory, which gradually evolved into a school for training skilled craftsmen. In the 1940s, the Fluxá family transformed the handmade shoe factory into a company and opened the first LOTTUSSE store, beginning to expand into the luxury market.
