Shenzhen Hechuang Construction Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Shenzhen Construction Consulting Co., Ltd., established in 1984 with the approval of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government. It was formerly affiliated with the Shenzhen Municipal Construction Bureau, and was the earliest cost consulting unit established in Shenzhen, as well as one of the earliest 15 site management companies in Shenzhen. In September 2003, it was separated to establish the current company, with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. The company's current qualifications include: comprehensive engineering supervision qualification, Grade A engineering cost consulting, Grade A engineering bidding agency, Grade C engineering consulting, and Grade 3 general contracting for housing construction engineering and municipal public engineering construction. Since its establishment, the company has gradually built a scientific, rigorous, and practical internal management system, ensuring rapid development of the enterprise from an organizational perspective. The company's organizational structure: 5 administrative management departments including the Comprehensive Office, Chief Engineer's Office (including 9000 Office), Engineering Department, Business Department, and Financial Consulting Department, and three engineering departments: Engineering Construction Supervision Department, Engineering Cost Consulting Department, and Engineering Bidding Agency Department.
