Beijing Zhongtie Chengye Engineering Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. holds the Class A supervision qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China. Its main business scope includes: Class A supervision for railway engineering; Class A supervision for municipal public works (including subway and light rail); Class A supervision for building construction engineering; Class A supervision for highway engineering; and Class A supervision for geological disaster engineering, as certified by the Ministry of Land and Resources. The company's predecessor was the Engineering Construction Supervision Department of the Professional Design Institute of the Ministry of Railways, with supervision business starting in 1988. In 1996, it obtained the Class A supervision qualification certificate from the Ministry of Construction, and in 1999, it was established as a limited liability company. Currently, the company has 870 employees, including 750 professional and technical personnel (5 professor-level senior engineers, 195 with senior professional titles, 486 with intermediate titles, and 64 with junior titles). Among the completed supervision projects, the Changliangshan Tunnel exit section of the Shensu section of the Shuohuang Railway, the comprehensive subgrade works, track laying and power traction power supply works of the Shensu section, which were supervised by our company, were awarded the 2001 Quality Project Award of the Ministry of Railways, the 2002 Luban Award, and the 2003 Third Zhan Tianyou Civil Engineering Grand Award. The Longdongwan Tunnel and the Maojiapo Tunnel on the Neijiang-Kunming Railway received the second prize of the 2003 Quality Project Award of the Ministry of Railways. The second track addition project on the Suhuang section of the Shuohuang Railway received the 2006 Locomotive Quality Project First Prize. The Shuangchong Bridge in Liuzhou, Guangxi, won the 2005 Locomotive Quality Project First Prize. The Ziya New River Extra-large Bridge on the Huangwan Railway won the 2007 Locomotive Quality Project First Prize. The 18# building of the Yuejialou Residential Area of the Beijing Railway Sub-bureau was rated as the 2002 Beijing Structure Great Wall Cup Engineering Silver Award. The Beijing Subway Line 10 was awarded the 2007 Group Structure Great Wall Cup Gold Award. The underground excavation works from Gongti North Road Station to Hujialou Station section and the Shuangjing Station project of Beijing Subway Line 10 received the 2007 Structure Great Wall Cup Silver Award. The underground excavation works from Xiongmao Huandao Station to Anding Road section and from the Olympic branch line starting point to the south end turn-back line of Xiongmao Huandao Station received the 2007 Municipal Infrastructure Great Wall Cup Gold Award. The Neijiang Tongziba Bridge won the 2007 Sichuan Engineering Construction Tianfu Cup Silver Award / Sichuan Province Quality Project. The track laying works for the main line of Beijing Subway Line 5 received the 2007 Beijing Municipal Infrastructure Completion Great Wall Cup Gold Award Engineering. The track laying works for the depot of Beijing Subway Line 5 received the 2007 Beijing Municipal Infrastructure Completion Great Wall Cup Silver Award Engineering. The new freight car repair building of Shenmu North Depot received the National Excellent Welding Engineering Award. The * Chief Supervision Office of Beijing Subway Daxing Line was awarded the title of National Construction Safety and Quality Standardized Demonstration Site in 2009.
