Yingda Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was established in 1996. It is a full-license comprehensive securities company under State Grid Corporation of China (hereinafter referred to as "State Grid"), headquartered in Shenzhen, with a registered capital of 4.336 billion yuan. The Company has 35 branches nationwide and holds controlling interests in Yingda Futures Co., Ltd. and Yingda Securities Investment Co., Ltd. It possesses six major business segments including securities brokerage and credit, investment banking, securities investment, fixed income, asset management, and futures business, building a comprehensive financial services platform serving the whole country, with complete business licenses and a sound service network, capable of meeting the comprehensive and diversified securities-related financial services needs of a broad range of customers. To support the development of financial business and broaden capital supplement channels, in 2020 State Grid carried out asset restructuring of its financial assets. After the restructuring, State Grid indirectly holds equity in the Company through the listed company State Grid Yingda Co., Ltd. (stock code: 600517) and Yingda International Trust Co., Ltd.

The Company's actual controller, State Grid, is a wholly state-owned company directly managed by the Central Government. It is an extra-large state-owned key backbone enterprise related to the lifeline of the national economy and national energy security, with investment, construction and operation of power grids as its core business, undertaking the basic mission of ensuring safe, economical, clean and sustainable power supply.
