Hunan Cereals, Oils & Foodstuffs Import and Export Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan Cereals, Oils & Foodstuffs Import and Export Group") is a large state-owned agricultural enterprise group established by the People's Government of Hunan Province in 1952. Its predecessor was "China National Cereals, Oils & Foodstuffs Import and Export Corporation Hunan Branch." In 1998, the company was restructured into a wholly state-owned enterprise, "Hunan Cereals, Oils & Foodstuffs Import and Export Group Co., Ltd." It is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunan Agricultural Development Investment Group Co., Ltd., a large comprehensive agricultural enterprise owned by Hunan Province. Hunan Cereals, Oils & Foodstuffs Import and Export Group has more than 10 subsidiaries, including Hunan Modern Agriculture International Development Co., Ltd., Hunan Huidong International Trade Co., Ltd., Hunan Yuansheng International Trade Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Huashigao Industrial Co., Ltd., Hunan Jinjian Import and Export Co., Ltd., and Jinjian Agricultural Products (Hunan) Co., Ltd.
