Guosen Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guosen Securities"), formerly known as Shenzhen Guotou Securities Co., Ltd., was established on June 30, 1994. The company's headquarters is located in Shenzhen.
After more than 20 years of development, Guosen Securities has grown into a national large-scale comprehensive securities company, owning four wholly-owned subsidiaries: Guosen Futures Co., Ltd., Guosen Hongsheng Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., Guosen Capital Co., Ltd., and Guosen Securities (Hong Kong) Financial Holdings Co., Ltd.; and holding a 50% stake in China Asset Management Co., Ltd.
On December 29, 2014, the company publicly issued shares and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with the stock code "002736".
