Hunan Yuxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in March 2002. It is a provincial-level high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of pharmaceutical intermediates and steroidal hormone APIs. The company covers an area of more than 200,000 square meters, with total assets of 380 million yuan. It is a national key backbone enterprise in the pharmaceutical industry and one of the national chemical API bases that has passed the national GMP certification. It is also a key listed reserve enterprise in Hunan Province. It has its own independent research institute in Changsha, and its products are exported to more than a dozen countries and regions including Germany, France, India and Italy. In April 2010, Hunan Yuxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. successfully acquired Hunan Zhongnan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The predecessor of Hunan Zhongnan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was Hunan Zhongnan Pharmaceutical Factory, one of the four major national chemical synthetic drug production bases and one of the 37 key backbone pharmaceutical enterprises in China. It mainly produces 37 API and pharmaceutical varieties including Olahmat tablets, compound progumide tablets, penfluridol tablets, clozapine tablets, etc., which are sold well in more than 30 provinces and cities across the country. Among them, compound progumide tablets and Olahmat tablets are the company's exclusive marketed products and have won the national 'Cure-all Star' gold award.
