The predecessor of Guangzhou Hengmao Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. was Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Hengmao Construction Engineering Company, a professional construction preparation company engaged in development and construction in the early stage of Guangzhou Development Zone. Since 1985, the company has successively undertaken the development of a 1.06 square kilometer area of the Gangqian Industrial Zone in Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, as well as the preparation and site management of public works, municipal engineering, general factory area projects, and large-scale hydraulic filling projects in the development zone.
