Guangzhou Fangshi Construction Engineering Management Co., Ltd. was established in 1995 and was renamed from 'Guangzhou Fangshi Construction Engineering Supervision Co., Ltd.' to 'Guangzhou Fangshi Construction Engineering Management Co., Ltd.' in November 2021. It is one of the earliest state-owned supervision enterprises with Class A qualifications in China and is a wholly state-owned supervision enterprise under China Guangzhou International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd. The company has been rated as a 'Contract-honoring and Credit-abiding Enterprise' in Guangdong Province for 26 consecutive years, and is an advanced supervision enterprise in Guangdong Province and Guangzhou City, a Guangdong Province integrity demonstration enterprise, a high-tech enterprise, and a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise, with A-level taxpayer and bank AAA credit rating. As a municipal state-owned supervision enterprise, the company has been committed to providing high-quality supervision services for provincial and municipal fiscal investments, state-owned investments, and private investment projects since its establishment. With the progress of the times and changes in market demand, it has gradually expanded its service scope and has developed into a comprehensive service enterprise integrating whole-process consulting, project management, bidding agency, cost consulting, supervision, and professional construction contracting. The company has undertaken supervision tasks for a large number of public buildings, super high-rise office buildings, large urban complexes, hospitals, schools, municipal roads and bridges and facilities, as well as other urgent, difficult, and dangerous projects funded by government fiscal investment. In recent years, in response to urban renewal development and owner needs, the company has actively researched and innovated, formulated the 'Prefabricated Building Supervision Work Manual', and utilized management methods such as BIM technology, digital management, and remote monitoring to improve engineering management and consulting service levels. It has undertaken whole-process consulting services for multiple urban renewal projects and is gradually transitioning to a whole-process consulting enterprise. At the same time, the company provides socialized third-party quality and safety comprehensive inspection services for government regulatory authorities.
