2. Recruitment Conditions
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with the corresponding teacher qualification certificate for the applied subject;
2. In good health, able to persist in normal work;
3. Under 40 years old (born after December 1981);
4. No household registration restrictions;
5. Graduates from normal universities and those with two or more years of work experience are given priority;
6. Provincial, municipal, and county key teachers, subject leaders, and applicants with senior teacher titles (not subject to recruitment plan restrictions) will be treated favorably, with relaxed education and age requirements, and will not participate in trial lectures; the interview method is self-introduction and personal achievement presentation;
7. The school specially recruits outstanding class teachers, subject leaders, county and city key teachers, and various teachers with senior titles who are near retirement or within three years after retirement (not subject to plan restrictions). The main process is to review credentials and certificates, provide health examination certificates, and understand personal basic situation, without trial teaching.
3. Benefits and Treatment
1. Annual salary: 80,000-150,000 yuan;

4. Recruitment Time and Requirements
1. Registration method: both online and on-site registration are available, choose by yourself.
Registration time: registration starts from the date of announcement;
2. Qualification review: The qualification review is conducted simultaneously by the school recruitment working group; *the time will be announced online (applicants should check by themselves);
3. Organize interview: This open recruitment is conducted in the form of interview. All interview candidates should bring their valid ID cards to Guangzhou Huadu Xinxing School at the specified time (publicly announced online) for on-site interview. Those who are late will be considered as automatically giving up the interview qualification.
The interview method is trial teaching, with a time limit of 15 minutes. The teaching content is determined by drawing lots on the spot, and the preparation time is 30 minutes; the interview score is 100 points.
The interview method for music and physical education positions includes two parts: trial teaching and corresponding professional skill display (5 minutes, bring your own equipment, interview score = trial teaching score × 50% + professional skill display score × 50%).
4. Assessment and recruitment: According to the set recruitment positions and based on interview scores, candidates to be admitted are determined at a ratio of 1:2 for assessment and inspection, and then collectively studied and decided by the leadership group. Admitted candidates will sign an intention agreement with Xinxing School (the school provides a platform for fresh graduates to come to the school for follow-up learning in the spring semester).
