Yili Xintian Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was established in April 2010 with a registered capital of 4.828 billion RMB. Its main product is natural gas with an annual output of 2 billion standard cubic meters, and it officially commenced production in 2018. By the end of 2024, it had cumulatively produced 12.53 billion standard cubic meters of natural gas. The Company is a state-owned joint venture co-founded by Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group and Shandong Energy Xinwen Mining Group, integrating the rich experience of the two groups in coal mining, coal chemical industry, natural gas pipeline networks, and power generation, possessing significant integration advantages.
In 2025, the Company will initiate a new high-efficiency utilization project for fine coal, which includes supporting facilities such as pulverized coal gasification, isothermal shift conversion, low-temperature methanol washing, liquid nitrogen washing, ammonia synthesis, urea synthesis, waste nitrogen purification units, as well as auxiliary facilities like circulating water stations, substations, and equipment rooms. The project will produce 565,000 tons/year of urea and 156,800 tons/year of compound fertilizer (total urea capacity of 700,000 tons/year), covering an area of approximately 670.65 mu, located to the west of the Yili Xintian Coal Chemical Coal-to-Natural Gas Project. Currently, this project is in the basic design stage, with construction planned to start in August 2026 and commence production in October 2028.

III. Application Conditions

V. Salary and Benefits
Compensation, welfare, and other benefits for employed personnel will be implemented according to the salary standards of Yili Xintian Coal Chemical Co., Ltd.
