Introduction to Key Projects
Wuhan Central Cultural District—"Chu River and Han Street" is Wanda Group's largest cultural tourism project by investment amount to date, and also a tribute for the 100th anniversary of the Xinhai Revolution. Chu River and Han Street is located in Wuchang District, Wuhan City, between East Lake and Sand Lake, with a planned area of about 1.8 square kilometers. It will be planned and designed according to five major functions: culture, tourism, commerce, business, and residence. Along the Chu River and Han Street, it will build the "Han Show" theater, a movie culture theme park, Wanda Cinema, Celebrity Squares, a public theater stage, 5 star-rated hotels, a commercial pedestrian street, Wanda Plaza, super high-rise Grade A office buildings, etc. Among them, Han Street will open on September 30, 2011, and all cultural tourism projects will be completed in 2013.

In Wuhan Central Cultural District, 5 Celebrity Squares are planned: Qu Yuan Square, Zhaojun Square, Li Bai Square, Yue Fei Square, and Zhang Zhidong Square, to commemorate historical and cultural celebrities of Hubei and enhance the influence of Chu-Han culture.
★Commercial real estate upgrades again
