Guangzhou Pearl River Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in June 1979 and officially became a state-owned enterprise with independent legal personality in 1984. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangzhou Pearl River Industrial Group Co., Ltd., and is one of the earliest decoration companies in Guangzhou. It serves as the vice president unit of Guangzhou Building Decoration Association, the vice president unit of the Decoration Branch of Guangdong Construction Industry Federation, a council member of Guangdong Construction Industry Federation, and a standing director unit of China Building Decoration Association. The company holds Class A qualification for professional contracting of building decoration and renovation engineering, Class A qualification for building decoration design, Class B qualification for professional contracting of curtain wall engineering, Class B qualification for professional contracting of mechanical and electrical equipment installation, Class C qualification for professional contracting of sports venue facilities engineering, Class C qualification for professional contracting of fire protection facilities engineering, and Class B qualification for professional contracting of building intelligence. Pearl River Decoration has been awarded the title of "Contract-honoring and Credit-worthy Enterprise" by the Guangzhou Administration for Industry and Commerce for 19 consecutive years.
