Beijing Modern Tonghao Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. (BECC) is a central state-owned enterprise founded in 1988 and one of the earliest specialized companies in China's consulting and supervision industry. It holds Grade A qualifications for railway engineering, municipal public works, building construction, communication engineering and equipment supervision, as well as Grade A engineering consulting qualifications, providing comprehensive professional supervision and consulting services for transportation construction, municipal construction, building construction, information industry and other engineering fields.
The company is a member of the China Association of Engineering Consultants, the Railway Engineering Construction Supervision Association, the Communication Enterprises Association, the Beijing Construction Supervision Association and the China National Association of Engineering Consultants. Its supervision business covers more than 20 provinces and cities nationwide.
