CCCC Second Highway Consultants Co., Ltd. (formerly the Second Highway Survey and Design Institute of the Ministry of Communications) was founded in 1964 with a registered capital of RMB 872 million. It has project management and general contracting capabilities for expressways, large bridges of various complex structures, large tunnels, traffic engineering, municipal engineering, railway engineering, and building engineering. It can complete the survey and design of more than 1,000 kilometers of high-grade highways each year.
