Design innovate technical solutions services fclients requirements
Own the architectural technical directions delivery quality
POCs assist team in fast tracking development

Provide solution architecture involve in technical analysis of requirements review newcurrent design develop architectural frameworks pluggable components UI workflows web services data access repository
Knowledgeable on agile practices
Analyze evaluate existing architecture prescribe new technology upgrades architectural solution on cloudonpremise platforms

Key responsibilities:

Leading the design evolution of enterprise data architectures across ingestion, storage, processing, governance, consumption layers.
Defining data platform strategies using modern cloud, analytics, data technologies such as Azure, Databricks, Synapse, Snowflake, similar platforms.
Establishing architecture standards, governance frameworks, best practices fdata quality, security, scalability, performance.
Translating complex business requirements robust data architecture solutions that support analytics, BI, AI use cases.
Providing technical leadership through architecture reviews, solution validation, risk assessment, delivery guidance.
Mentoring data engineers architects while contributing to reusable frameworks, reference architectures, capability-building initiatives.
What We Need to See from You
Experience leading data architecture design fenterprise environments large-scale data platform initiatives.
Strong knowledge of cloud data ecosystems, including data lakes, data warehouses, batch real-time processing architectures.
Solid understanding of data modeling, governance, data quality, data security, scalable architecture practices.
Proficiency in data engineering languages tools such as SQL, Python, Scala, similar technologies.
Excellent communication stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain architecture decisions to technical business audiences.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance performance, cost, scalability, governance, business value.

支持油气化工/重能耗/生命科学/食品饮料等行业业务拓展，通过行业调研、数据分析、总结行业技术应用特点及发展趋势，确保市场推广的有效性，推动中压各产线业务在行业的全面拓展；
参与关键/重要的大型项目，提供行业专家级支持（包括前期影响、商务和技术植入），协助制定正确的投标策略，实现精准突破。
组织和支持项目复盘及行业用户拜访等行动，总结行业应用特点，编撰行业销售指导手册，进行培训、推广和实践。
提升行业应用能力，主动协调内外部资源，协同各部门，共同实现业务销售/增长目标。
参与行业内会议，推广解决方案，增加行业影响力。
Qualifications
大学本科及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化或相关专业
语言：中文和英文；
10年以上配电设备类产品业务拓展、产品经理、行业支持或技术支持等相关职能的从业经验，熟悉配电网架构，有相关行业经验者优先；
熟悉3~35kV开关柜产品知识和竞争对手情况，具备一定的数字化应用经验；
具有良好的沟通和协调能力，团队精神；可以较好的协调内部和外部客户；
熟悉使用office/Auto CAD等办公软件。
