法务岗位职责

职位描述：
 Reporting to SeniLegal Counsel, advise on data privacy aspects of our e-commerce business’ global expansion of current proposed new initiatives.
 Provide advice to business teams on data privacy aspects of the implementation of business models strategies, business operations, product offerings, marketing activities commercial agreements.
 Partnering with business, tech, product information security functions respectively, set up maintain the data privacy framework programs on e-commerce related activities.
 Negotiate, draft, review data processing agreements other contractual work relating to data privacy.
 Develop in-house legal tools policies relating to data privacy, conduct trainings to business units.
 Research local laws regulations in foreign jurisdictions manage outside counsel.
任职要求：
 Legal qualification to practice law
 5+ years of post-qualification experience at law firm and/corporation. In-house experience is welcome (especially if e-commerce/tech related), but not mandatory.
 Data privacy experience at least 3 years, working knowledge of China data laws GDPR other privacy regime (CCPA, PDPA, PIPEDA etc.) preferred.
 Professional proficiency in both English Chinese.
 Highly-motivated able to work independently under pressure in a start-up environment.
 Sincere interest in data privacy, e-commerce, technology, innovation business. Strong commercial sense with solid foundation in legal training.
 High integrity desire to collaborate with others.
 Open to frequent travel when feasible.

岗位职责
1、对接东南亚、美国、欧洲海外业务，排查数据隐私、劳动用工等核心领域合规风险。
2、独立完成新业务、新市场法律检索与研究，输出合规指引并开展业务宣导培训。
3、搭建公司海外合规体系，识别漏洞并提出优化建议，防范境外法律风险。
4、能独立高效解答合同、纠纷等相关法律问题。
5、归类常见咨询问题，沉淀标准化知识库及操作指引，提升咨询效率。
6、起草、审核中英文业务合同，把控核心条款，保障公司利益及境外合规。
7、协助管理外部律所，配合处理重律事务，转化外部意见为内部执行方案。
任职要求
1、全日制法学本科及以上，已通过国家法律职业资格考试。
2、英语可作为工作语言，能流畅处理英文法律文件及沟通。
3、1-2年律所/企业法务经验优先，优秀应届生（学习能力极强）可投。
4、具备优秀法律研究能力，能快速解决陌生法律问题并形成解决方案。
5、具备优秀的沟通表达能力，擅于解读法律问题、提供支持。
5、适应从0到1工作环境，主动担当，抗压性强、执行力强。
6、具有良好的职业道德，原则性强。

岗位职责：
1、负责公司法律事务的处理与法律意见支持，协助完善内部法律流程；
2、负责合同起草、审核工作；
3、负责诉讼、仲裁等争议解决事项，协调外部法律资源；
4、为业务部门提供日常法律咨询与风险提示；
5、完成上级交办的其他法务相关工作。
