Hunan Aerospace Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Hunan Hangjian was founded in 1994, originally named Hunan Hangfa Construction Engineering Company, renamed Hunan Aerospace Construction Engineering Company in August 2009, and restructured and renamed Hunan Aerospace Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. in June 2012. The company has a registered capital of 65 million yuan. Hunan Hangjian holds Grade I general contracting for building construction, Grade I general contracting for municipal public works construction, Grade I specialized contracting for steel structure engineering, Grade I specialized contracting for building decoration and renovation, Grade II specialized contracting for foundation engineering, and Grade III specialized contracting for building electromechanical installation engineering. The company has sound basic management and regulations, comprehensive construction technology, rich experience, and strong strength. It has passed certifications including the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Quality and Safety Management System, Hunan Province Safety and Quality Standardization Qualified Enterprise, Changsha Construction Industry Credit AAA Enterprise, and High-tech Enterprise.

The Central South Design Branch of China Aerospace Construction Group Co., Ltd., which is managed by Hunan Hangjian on its behalf, holds Grade A comprehensive engineering design, Grade A urban and rural planning formulation, Grade A engineering consulting, Grade A engineering supervision, Grade A engineering cost consulting, Grade A safety evaluation agency, and Grade A geological hazard risk assessment qualifications.

Hunan Hangjian currently has more than 1,500 employees, including 45 Grade I registered constructors, 64 Grade II registered constructors, 46 personnel with senior professional technical qualifications, 128 personnel with intermediate professional technical qualifications, 633 professional technical management personnel of construction enterprises (i.e., the nine major positions), 15 registered cost engineers, and 6 registered safety engineers.
