1.公司全体人员均实行免费包吃住（不在厂内食宿有补贴）
2.公司生产线全体员工实行每周五天工作制，周一至周五加班1.5倍,周六/日加班2倍计算加班费；

4.法定假日均按规定放假；
5.公司视盈利及绩效考核情况，实行年终双薪制度（计件人员按计件总工资4-8%2525计年终奖金）；

7.住宿环境佳，员工级4-6人/间；文员主管级2-4人/间；经理级单间（宿舍独立冲凉房、洗手间;主管、经理房配空调及桌椅等设施）
8.计件车工均实行保底制度(生手*个月保底2000元,第二个月保底2200元,第三至五个月保底2550元,第六个起保底3000元;熟手车工*至二个月保底2550元,第三个月起保底3000元)；
