Zhejiang Canaan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Canaan Technology" or "the Company") was established in 2000. Since its establishment, it has been focusing on the R&D, production, and sales of pharmaceutical equipment. After more than ten years of continuous development and accumulation, it has now become a leading manufacturer in China's pharmaceutical equipment industry. In late 2014, it successfully listed on the A-share market with stock code: 300412, making it the first A-share listed enterprise in the field of solid dosage equipment in China.
Canaan Technology is headquartered in Wenzhou, China, and has several wholly-owned, holding, and share-participating companies, including Nanjing Canaan and Beijing Canaan Lemite. Among them, Nanjing Canaan Pharmaceutical Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in Gaochun District, Nanjing, covering an area of 200 mu; Beijing Canaan Lemite Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Changping District, Beijing; together with the production base of the headquarters in Wenzhou, the company has initially formed an industrial layout radiating nationwide with Wenzhou, Nanjing, and Beijing as main bases.
Canaan Technology is currently a leading domestic supplier of pharmaceutical equipment, providing customers with complete solutions for solid dosage granulation line equipment and TCM and plant extraction concentration. Meanwhile, Canaan Technology has cooperated with Tongji University to build an advanced global "Industry 4.0 - Smart Factory Laboratory". Currently, the company's products have been exported to Germany, Canada, Italy, Japan, South Korea, and other countries and regions, highly recognized and praised by users! It has established long-term win-win cooperation relationships in both sales and service with well-known pharmaceutical enterprises such as GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Sanofi Group (SANOFI), Harbin Pharmaceutical Group, Sinopharm Group, and CSPC Pharmaceutical Group. Canaan Technology equipment is used in all nine global production bases of Sanofi.
Canaan Technology has always focused on technology R&D and innovation. It is now one of the first batch of AAA credit units in the China Pharmaceutical Equipment Industry Association, a key high-tech enterprise under the National Torch Plan, and one of the top 100 industrial enterprises in Wenzhou. It has successively undertaken 16 provincial and ministerial projects including the National Innovation Fund Project, National Key New Product Project, National Torch Plan Project, and provincial science and technology projects. It holds over 130 national patents, including more than 16 invention patents (including 2 US patents). It has established provincial-level enterprise research institute and postdoctoral research workstation, independently drafted 7 industry standards, and won the 17th China Patent Excellence Award in 2015.
