China Construction First Group First Construction Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as CCFG First Construction), established in March 1999, is a third-level legal entity of China State Construction Engineering Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, with a registered capital of 360 million yuan. It currently employs over 3,000 staff and has an annual contract volume of 40 billion yuan and annual revenue of approximately 15 billion yuan, ranking among the top 10 third-level subsidiaries of China State Construction.
As a core holding subsidiary of China Construction First Group, the company has, after years of development, gradually established a business layout focused on East China, covering regions such as Central Plains, Southwest, and South China. Since its inception, the company has undertaken numerous influential projects and has been awarded two Luban Prizes, one Zhan Tianyou Civil Engineering Grand Prize, one National Quality Engineering Gold Award, as well as multiple honors including the Shanghai Magnolia Award, Municipal Engineering Gold Award, and Anhui Province 'Huangshan Cup'. Currently, the company has over 200 ongoing projects across 13 provinces and municipalities, including Shanghai, Anhui, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Henan, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Chongqing, Hubei, Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, and Hainan. Representative projects include: Shanghai Bank of China Tower, Shanghai Foxconn Building, Shanghai Pudong New Area Document Center, Suzhou Huawei R&D Center, Hangzhou Huawei R&D Center, Qingdao New Airport Comprehensive Transportation Center, Sanya Atlantis Sailing Hotel (the world's third and China's first 7-star hotel), Nanning Fuya International Financial Center in Guangxi (300-meter super high-rise building), Zhengzhou Zhongmu Green Expo Large Resettlement Area (the nation's largest affordable housing project), and eight Wanda projects in Chongqing, Chengdu, Bozhou, etc.
