Huayi Design Consultants Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Hong Kong in 1986. It has a wholly-owned subsidiary — Hong Kong Huayi Design Consultants (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huayi Design"), with a registered capital of RMB 100 million. It holds a Grade A engineering design qualification, a Grade A urban and rural planning formulation qualification, and a Grade II professional contracting qualification for building decoration and renovation engineering. It has been rated as a "National High-tech Enterprise" and is a national demonstration industrial base for prefabricated construction and one of the second batch of pilot units for whole-process consulting in Guangdong Province.
Huayi Design is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Overseas Development Co., Ltd. and is affiliated with China State Construction Engineering Corporation. Its main business scope includes planning, consulting, planning and design, architecture, structure, mechanical and electrical equipment, landscape, and decoration engineering, etc. It has branch offices in Nanjing, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Macau, etc., forming a nationwide service network. With the establishment of Beijing Zhonghai Huayi Urban Planning Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Huayi Decoration Technology Design Engineering Co., Ltd., Huayi Design has developed into a comprehensive design and engineering enterprise led by creativity and technology with diversified development.
