Guangzhou Fund

Guangzhou Industrial Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou Fund") was inaugurated on March 28, 2013, and officially commenced operations in May 2013. It is an industrial investment and financing platform established by the Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government to promote industrial transformation and upgrading, amplify the guiding effect of fiscal funds, drive social investment, and strengthen the status of the regional financial center. In July 2018, Guangzhou Fund was reorganized and merged with Guangzhou Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., becoming its subsidiary.

Guangzhou Fund's business areas cover government fund management, private equity investment (PE), venture capital (VC), and other financial platforms. Its business categories include angel investment, VC investment, PRE-IPO, PIPE, M&A funds, urban development funds, government funds, public funds, and fixed income.
