诺马连接技术（常州）有限公司是由总部位于德国的诺马集团投资设立，诺马集团成立于 1949 年，是全球主要专业设计生产金属和非金属连接系统（卡箍/管道等）的生产厂商之一。是德国大众、奥迪、奔驰、宝马、保时捷、美国通用、韩国现代、日本丰田、本田等世界*汽车生产企业的指定供货商。诺马是该行业的隐形冠军。公司已在澳大利亚、捷克、法国、英国、匈牙利、波兰等国家设立了子公司。其产品还广泛应用于汽车业、建筑业、机械制造业、化工业、造船业等。 2015年，诺马集团全球销售收入达到8.596亿欧元，息税前利润达到2.025亿欧元。2015年全球雇员人数超过5121人。
公司在武进高新区项目总投资1000万欧元，注册资本1000万欧元，用地20亩，规划建筑面积将近8千平米，项目于2013年5月开工，2014年5月投入生产。项目达产后，可形成年产702万件金属连接件、1160万件塑料连接件、3300万件汽车关键零部件的生产能力。实现年销售3亿元，利税达到4000万人民币。常州工厂2014年投入使用后已经陆续投产福特、通用、大众、丰田等汽车涡轮增压用卡箍项目。

The project was started in June 2013, put into production in April 2014.The annual output will be for 7.02 million pieces of metal fittings,11.6 million pieces of plastic fittings, 33 million pieces of automotive key parts,after the project put into production.The annual sales will be about 300 million yuan, profit tax 40 million yuan.Changzhou plant will be product many automobile turbocharging with clamp after put into production in 2014.
