Hunan Micro Power Art Education Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Micro Power") was established in June 2011 with a registered capital of 31.67 million yuan. In March 2016, Micro Power was listed on the New Third Board (stock code: 836143), becoming the first listed company in China's art education sector; it is mainly engaged in business operations in three directions: art education, film and television media, and internet online education.

Micro Power governs Beijing Micro Power Film and Television Culture Media Co., Ltd., Beijing Micro Window Education Culture Technology Co., Ltd., Changsha Yuelu District Micro Power Art Training School, Shenzhen Micro Power Education Technology Co., Ltd., and Micro Power (Zhongshan) Art Training Co., Ltd. With Changsha, Shenzhen, and Beijing as centers, it is rapidly expanding into the national market. The company's headquarters is located at the foot of the scenic Yuelu Mountain, adjacent to Central South University. The Changsha headquarters covers an area of 12 mu, with an office area of 30,000 square meters, and possesses a high-definition television live broadcast vehicle and a full-media television studio at the same level as satellite TV stations.
