Hunan Xinhang Power Information Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the China Electronics Software Park in Changsha Lugu High-tech Development Zone, with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Relying on the technical strength of the University of Science and Technology, it specializes in the development of military simulation and electromechanical integration products. It is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to computer software development, providing end-to-end software and information services from consulting, solutions, and technical services to IT talent outsourcing. It currently has more than 200 employees, and its core R&D team is composed of technical talents who have returned from overseas studies and first-class technical talents who graduated from national 985 Project universities. In terms of company qualifications, Xinhang Power has obtained production qualification, ISO9000 quality system, software enterprise, high-tech enterprise, technology trading organization and other certifications.
Since its establishment, through engaging in the development of systems such as simulation training and simulation, analysis evaluation and deduction, including computer-generated forces, human-in-the-loop command and control, HLA/RTI high-level architecture, training simulator docking, two-dimensional situation display based on geographic information systems, and three-dimensional display of battlefield environments, it has gained a place in the industry. At present, products with independent intellectual property rights that have been developed include: distributed combat plotting system, distributed combat plan formulation system, and combat simulation engine platform.
