Shenzhen International Holdings Limited is a red-chip company incorporated in Bermuda and listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (00152.HK). It is an overseas-listed company among the enterprises directly supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, and is an enterprise principally engaged in logistics and toll roads.
Shenzhen International is mainly engaged in the investment, construction and operation of logistics infrastructure, and provides customers with various logistics value-added services relying on infrastructure and information service platforms. Through investment and construction, mergers and acquisitions, and integration, Shenzhen International has built a "2+X" industrial structure centered on modern logistics and toll roads. Its business areas have expanded to logistics industry investment and operation, transportation infrastructure investment, construction and operation, as well as related comprehensive land development, and environmental protection industry investment and operation. Shenzhen International has three listed company financing platforms [Shenzhen International (00152.HK), Shenzhen Expressway (600548.SH, 0548.HK)], and has established smooth capital market financing channels. At present, it directly manages 16 subsidiaries with approximately 7,000 employees. It has been selected as one of Shenzhen's Top 100 Enterprises and Guangdong Province's Top 500 Enterprises, among others. Its asset quality and asset efficiency have long remained among the top in the ranking of Shenzhen municipal state-owned enterprises. As of the end of 2018, its total assets exceeded 73.9 billion yuan.
