Wuhan Yangluo Port Service Co., Ltd. was approved and registered in March 2009 by the Administration for Industry and Commerce of Xinzhou District, Wuhan City. It is a comprehensive supporting service enterprise of the Wuhan New Port Yangluo Core Port Area, invested and controlled by Wuhan Financial Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. It is mainly responsible for the construction and operation of the Wuhan New Port Central China Trade Service Area project. The project is located east of Pingjiang Avenue, west of Chaipo Lake, and south of the Port Joint Inspection Building in Wuhan Yangluo Development Zone, adjacent to the Yangluo Port Park of the Wuhan New Port Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone and the Wuhan Yangluo Multimodal Transport Customs Supervision Center.
After completion, the Wuhan New Port Central China Trade Service Area project is positioned as a gathering area for trade and port and shipping logistics services in Wuhan New Port Central China, committed to building six major centers: a financial service settlement center, an international trade transaction center, a government affairs service center, a shipping logistics gathering center, an international conference and exhibition center, and an innovation and entrepreneurship incubation center. It will establish eight major platforms: a supply chain finance platform, a cross-border e-commerce transaction platform, an exchange platform, a port service platform, a bonded logistics platform, an enterprise incubation platform, a conference and exhibition platform, a tourism distribution platform, and a commercial supporting platform. Supporting public service facilities include a five-star hotel (tourism distribution center), a themed leisure plaza, and a parking lot. The project has been included by the Hubei Provincial Development and Reform Commission as a key construction project of the Hubei Yangtze River Economic Belt, listed by the Wuhan Municipal Transport Commission as a key project of Wuhan's 13th Five-Year Transport Plan, listed by the Wuhan Municipal Logistics Bureau as a key construction project of Wuhan's logistics informatization, and included by the Xinzhou District Government as a key project of Xinzhou District's 13th Five-Year Plan.
At present, through continuous exploration and practice, the company has achieved full industrial chain services covering procurement, transportation, warehousing, and finance, promoting the integrated development of different industries such as grain, agricultural and sideline products, medical devices, cold chain, and dairy products. In 2018 alone, the Group's Financial Port project achieved revenue of 2.3 billion yuan, 12.3 billion yuan in 2019, 23 billion yuan in 2020, and over 30 billion yuan in full-year 2021, paying more than 500 million yuan in taxes to the state.
