Tus-Design Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tus-Design), formerly known as Suzhou Architectural Design and Research Institute founded in 1953, was renamed Suzhou Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. in 2012, listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in February 2016 (stock code: 300500), and renamed Tus-Design Group Co., Ltd. in 2017.
Tus-Design has always adhered to the mission of "inheriting history, integrating the future", continuously combining excellent traditional Chinese culture, especially Suzhou traditional culture, with modern civilization, inheriting innovation, transforming and upgrading, based in Suzhou and reaching out to the whole country. It now has multiple subsidiaries and related institutions including South China (Shenzhen) Branch, Beijing Branch, and Zhongzheng Testing. In the future, it will build a nationwide design service network centered on Suzhou, radiating to East China, North China, South China, Southwest, Central China and other regions, expanding business service radius to better meet the needs of the company's business development. The company has gathered over 900 outstanding talents, including 2 experts enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, 1 outstanding entrepreneur in the national excellent survey and design industry, 2 provincial young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions, 11 talents of Jiangsu Province "333 Project", 9 experts on Jiangsu Province engineering construction standards, 3 seismic review experts of Jiangsu Province, more than 50 professor-level senior architects and professor-level senior engineers, more than 120 senior architects and senior engineers, and more than 120 nationally registered architects and engineers.
Tus-Design is committed to providing integrated services including "planning, planning, design, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), PPP (Public-Private Partnership), and operation & maintenance", covering business areas such as industrial parks, big health, eco-tourism, urban renewal, commercial office buildings, culture and sports, residential, rail transit complexes, landscape gardens, interior decoration, and underground civil air defense. The company actively responds to national development strategies such as the Belt and Road Initiative, participates in international projects, and has established long-term cooperative relationships with many world-renowned architectural design institutions in the United States, Europe, Japan, etc.
In the past decade, the company has won multiple national gold awards and more than 500 provincial and ministerial awards, and its engineering projects have received wide social recognition. In 2011, it became the first national high-tech enterprise in the architectural design industry in Jiangsu Province. In the same year, the provincial engineering technology research center - Jiangsu (Saide) Green Engineering Technology Research Center was established at the company. In 2012, it was selected as one of the Hundred Famous Design Institutes in Contemporary Chinese Architecture, and in 2011, 2015, and 2016, it was consecutively ranked among the Top Ten Private Engineering Design Enterprises in China.
On the road of technological innovation, the company has always maintained a leading competitive edge, actively hosting and participating in the formulation of industry standards, specifications, and technical standards. It has established cooperative relationships with key universities such as Tsinghua University, Southeast University, and Tongji University, and has become a provincial post-doctoral innovation practice base. The company has successively established multiple special technical centers such as the Building Industrialization Research Center and the BIM Design Research Center, conducting long-term research in multiple directions, and has completed dozens of important research topics. The company has obtained 11 invention patents, 63 utility model patents, and 5 software copyrights.
At present, Tus-Design has obtained five Class A qualifications in building engineering, urban and rural planning, civil air defense engineering, landscape architecture, and building intelligent system engineering design. With the improvement of human settlement environment quality as the core and the integration of innovative technologies in the construction field as a feature, it aims to become a comprehensive and integrated service provider of human settlement environment technology integration.
