II. Employment and Compensation Benefits

1. Those who pass the interview assessment, after approval by the competent department, shall go through employment procedures and sign an employment contract, with a probation period of 3-6 months. After professional training in information security, cryptographic engineering, information system engineering assessment, information security evaluation, cryptographic system testing, project management, etc., those who pass the assessment shall enjoy corresponding benefits.
2. Compensation System
1) Our company implements the compensation principles of high investment, high return, more pay for more work, target assessment, and distribution according to benefits.
2) In accordance with the compensation system of position target management and performance assessment and promotion, the compensation system combines target-oriented position salary, performance-oriented task salary, and shared operating benefits. The compensation structure is position salary + salary grade salary + task (performance) salary + comprehensive allowance + bonus + dividend + welfare. Performance task salary has no upper limit.
