Hunan Taigu Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was founded in 2008 and is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, sales, and service of high-tech products such as biological and organic fertilizers, full-element bio-organic fertilizers, water-soluble fertilizers, and soil remediation. It is a national supplier of biological and organic fertilizers. In January 2014, the Company was successfully listed and traded (stock code: 430523), becoming a fertilizer enterprise from Hunan entering the capital market.

The Company is headquartered in Changsha National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. It owns 13 subsidiaries and branches, including Hunan Taigu Biological Fertilizer Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Taigu Biological Fertilizer Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Taigu Simuwang Biological Fertilizer Co., Ltd., Yunnan Taigu Biological Technology Co., Ltd., Liaoning Taigu Biological Technology Co., Ltd., and Hunan Taigu Information Technology Co., Ltd. It has successively built production bases in Fukang, Xinjiang; Kashgar, Xinjiang; Xinbin, Liaoning; Qujing, Yunnan, and other places, and plans to build central-south production bases in Liuyang, Hunan and Lixian, Hunan, completing the overall layout of four capacity radiation zones: Southwest, Northeast, Xinjiang-Central Asia, and Central South. Related products have passed organic certification, green food production materials, ISO9001, ISO14001 and other certifications, and have won titles such as "National Key New Product", "Two-Oriented Product", and "China Famous Excellent Product". The main brand "Jiuye" has won "Hunan Province Famous Trademark" and "China Well-Known Trademark".

The Company has consistently adhered to the development path of independent innovation and industry-university-research integration. It is a "National High-Tech Enterprise", "Hunan Province Major Science and Technology Special Demonstration Enterprise", "Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization", and "Innovative Enterprise". It has established scientific research platforms at various levels, including the "Key Laboratory of Plant Nutrition and Biological Fertilizer of the Ministry of Agriculture", "Hunan Province Enterprise Technology Center", and "Changsha City Enterprise Technology Center". It has undertaken more than 30 national, provincial, and municipal scientific research and industrialization projects, and has won multiple science and technology awards such as the "China Overseas Chinese Contribution Award" and "Hunan Province Science and Technology Progress Award". Up to now, it has 36 national invention patents.
