China Railway Guangzhou Engineering Group Bridge Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Bridge Company") is a third-level subsidiary of China Railway Group Limited, which is listed among the world's top 500 companies in both Fortune and Forbes. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Railway Guangzhou Engineering Group. The company has a registered capital of 101 million yuan and possesses qualifications for general contracting of municipal engineering at Grade I and building engineering at Grade II.

The Bridge Company currently employs over 1,100 staff members. Among its regular employees, there are 4 professor-level senior engineers, 78 senior engineers, 248 intermediate engineers, and 695 personnel with bachelor's degrees or above. It has one "Model Innovation Studio" (out of a total of five) recognized by China Railway, and one technology center, and has been accredited as a High-tech Enterprise. At present, the company owns more than 400 sets of various construction production and tooling equipment, valued at 150 million yuan, with gradually enhanced equipment capabilities.

The Bridge Company is deeply engaged in the field of engineering construction, with a wide range of professional businesses covering railway engineering, highway engineering, municipal engineering, building engineering, foundation and groundwork engineering, earthwork engineering, steel structure engineering, and structural reinforcement (bridge maintenance), among other sectors. Adhering to bridge expertise as its core specialty, the company promotes the coordinated development and quality improvement of diversified businesses, forming a development pattern of "prominent main business, diversified empowerment."

At present, the company's projects under construction are widely distributed, mainly in Guangdong, Guizhou, Guangxi, Anhui, Hubei, Tibet, and other provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions, with its business footprint continuously expanding. Since its establishment, the company has undertaken or participated in a series of national, provincial, and municipal key projects, including Jiangshun Bridge in Guangdong, Fenghuang Third Bridge in Nansha, Guangzhou, Fogang-Chengdu Intercity Railway, Sui-Guan-Shen Intercity Railway, Zunyi-Yuqing Expressway, Wengkai Expressway, Jinrentong Expressway, Anpan Expressway, Guangzhan High-speed Railway, Nanyu High-speed Railway, and Sichuan-Tibet Railway, contributing to national transportation infrastructure construction with excellent technology and practical work style.
