South China Biomedical Co., Ltd. was established in 1991 and listed on the Shenzhen A-share Main Board in 1992. It is also the first Shenzhen A-share Main Board listed company in Hunan Province, and a state-owned controlling listed company in the stem cell industry. Its actual controller is the Hunan Provincial Government, with Hunan Caixin Financial Holdings Group as the largest shareholder.
It is a high-tech biopharmaceutical company based on stem cell storage and regenerative medicine, driven by clinical translation research and application of cell therapy, and focused on precision medicine, assisted reproduction, and health management as its core. In terms of cell storage: it has a 4,000-square-meter GMP clean space for cell preparation capable of storing 50 million doses, and a 2,000-square-meter biopharmaceutical laboratory. In terms of drug research and development: it has R&D capabilities for CAR-T cell preparations, stem cell drugs, clinical cell applications, large-scale preparation, and related equipment.
