Hunan Huateng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Hunan Xiangjiang New Area. It was founded by Mr. Deng Zeping, an expert of the National "Ten Thousand Talents Program", a scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship talent of the Ministry of Science and Technology, an expert of Hunan Province "Hundred Talents Program", and a returned overseas Chinese.

Huateng Pharmaceutical is a national high-tech enterprise focusing on the development and industrialization of specialty APIs, long-acting targeted new drugs, and high-end generic drugs. The company currently has more than 300 employees, forming a professional and efficient new drug R&D team with an international perspective, and has more than 10 outstanding talents including provincial and municipal experts. The company has successively established a postdoctoral research workstation, the Hunan Engineering Research Center for Sustained-release and Long-acting Drugs, the Hunan Engineering Technology Research Center for Continuous Flow Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, and the Hunan Engineering Technology Research Center for Drug Modification, and was rated as a National Expert Service Base. Huateng Pharmaceutical has a 5,000-square-meter R&D center equipped with nearly a hundred sets of high-end analytical testing instruments and automated reaction equipment, including a 400 MHz nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, time-of-flight mass spectrometer, high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry system, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry system, etc., which can quickly and efficiently complete various customized orders from customers. It has also established the Huateng Pharmaceutical Research Institute and the Changsha Innovative Drug Industrial Technology Research Institute, committed to building a trillion-level biopharmaceutical industry cluster integrating scientific research, industry, and capital. At the same time, the company adopts advanced intelligent manufacturing design concepts and has built the Huateng Pharmaceutical Industrial Park in Wangcheng District, Changsha, with a construction area of 34,000 square meters and an investment of RMB 300 million. Huateng Pharmaceutical has 4 modern multi-functional production workshops with a total area of 20,000 square meters, equipped with Class 100,000 dust-free cleanrooms and GMP-standard production environments, and has installed more than 800 sets of high-quality equipment and facilities such as reactors of 5,000 liters and 2,000 liters with different functions, centrifuges, double cones, air compressors, and chillers. Through the integration of systems such as DCS and SIS, it has established an interconnected real-time database, fully realizing the integration of the production process and completing the full transformation from small-scale trial development to large-scale commercial production.
