The company is an innovative enterprise for the construction and operation of new infrastructure projects such as intelligent connected vehicles and intelligent transportation in the new area. It mainly undertakes the operation of the National Intelligent Connected Vehicle (Changsha) Test Area, the construction and operation of intelligent connected application scenarios in Changsha, and the operation of the Huawei Cloud Innovation Center. It is the third-party regulatory agency designated by the municipal government for open-road testing of intelligent connected vehicles citywide.
