Changsha Zhongran Baijiang Energy Co., Ltd. was established on January 16, 1998. The controlling shareholder of the company is China Gas Holdings Limited (abbreviated as: China Gas), one of China's largest cross-regional integrated energy supply and service enterprises, and a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with stock code 00384. Through years of development, China Gas has successfully built a full-format development structure led by pipeline natural gas business, with liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, smart energy services, electric power and new energy, development and application of new thermal recovery equipment and technologies, gas equipment and kitchen utensils, home life services, and grid "store-commerce" new retail developing in parallel.
